To prevent premature battery failure, be sure to fully charge the battery before storage and at least once per month. When using the battery for the first time, it must be charged for at least 18 hours (but no more than 30 hours). Thereafter, always recharge the battery for at least 14 hours (but no more than 30 hours). This battery is for adult use only.
